As we continue to carry out our mission by preserving stories, photos and documents from the community, our view on the past becomes clearer. In order to serve our community better we have expanded our hours of operation to include the first and third Saturdays of each month. You could be a part of it too. At his request, there will be no services. Production of these pages is the result of combined efforts of many people, some who actively participated over the past few months and others whose photographs, text or other works were produced years, or even more than a century ago. Following the mission of the Roseville Historical Society, our primary goal with this website is to preserve and promote the history of our city. The recent contributions of our historian, Phoebe Astill maintain the same passion and integrity for preserving our history. We are looking for volunteers to work in the museum and docents to assist our visitors in learning our history. Preserving Scanning and indexing our archives for preservation and access. Please note, we are no longer open on Mondays. Together with the city, funds were raised for restoration and the venerable old building was once again a library but with the new focus of educating people about the history of Roseville.
